The Real Battle

Western Journal has reported there may [still] be two cabinet members of President Trump who agreed to assist players in the Department of Justice– including the FBI — in invoking the 25th Amendment and removing Trump from Office.

McCabe is the now-disgraced former FBI deputy director, who was fired from his position after leaking information to the media, and then lying about it to investigators. Page is the former FBI lawyer who exchanged blatantly anti-Trump text messages with her lover and co-worker, Peter Strzok.

According to a report from Fox News, former FBI attorney James Baker has testified that key members of the Justice Department were assembling allies from President Donald Trump’s own Cabinet to betray the commander in chief and remove him from the presidency.  Baker claimed he was told [that] Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said two Trump Cabinet officials were ‘ready to support’ such an effort,” Fox News explained.

This was prior to Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and LIsa Paige being exposed for their anti-Trump actions, and the removal of Rod Rosenstein.

The 25th Amendment to the Constitution permits the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet to remove a president’s power if he is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”

The declaration the President is “unfit” by several liberals and the news media is an early manifestation of this attempt to remove Trump, feeding the people the propaganda and lies they hope will undergird such an attempt.

Rosenstein, not surprisingly, has denied offering to secretly record the president or that the 25th Amendment option was discussed. However, even left-leaning media outlets including CBS and The New York Times indicated they have confirmed the claims.

From CNSNews.com:

”On his nationally syndicated radio talk show “The Mark Levin Show” Tuesday, host Mark Levin reminded his audience about his analysis from two years ago concerning a “silent coup” against President Trump, Levin suggesting last evening that “nothing like this has ever happened before in the United States of America – Ever.”

“[W]hat Mr. Comey and what Mr. McCabe and the others were doing, was undermining the United States of America from within the government, from within the FBI, from within the Department of Justice,” stated Mark Levin. “Nothing like this has ever happened before in the United States of America – ever, ever.”

Mark Levin’s remarks came after a the case he laid out concerning a “silent coup” against President Donald Trump nearly two years ago, during his radio program, again on “Fox & Friends,” and again on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show, was repeated by conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh on Fox News Sunday and repeated in other news outlets to describe what Limbaugh called the “deep state” in action against President Donald Trump.”

Levin called it a “rogue operation”, but that doesn’t seem to even come close to the extent of it.

I’m not the first one to say this, but we are seeing a level of hateful opposition against the President that is nothing short of Evil.  And the saturation of evil within the halls of Congress is frightening, and it’s going to become much worse.

It’s not just against the President.  It’s against all things Good, all things Righteous.  We must realize more and more we are fighting not political battles, but spiritual battles.  We cannot ignore the strength and influence of the powers and principalities of the world:

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”  Eph. 6:12

I’ve come under the conviction that my prayers and prayer time are not adequate.  Indeed, I have called on Jesus to intercede for me often, because I struggle to pray as I should, not knowing what to pray.  There are so many things, so many people.

“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” Romans 8:26

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior…”     I Tim 2:1-3

Here’s the hard one:

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.”  Matthew 5:3-45

Pray.
