“I spent a good bit of the day yesterday with some well-connected people who have private and probably the most reliable polling data out there. I promised to keep the details confidential, but what I am about to tell you isn’t a detail, and it shouldn’t surprise anybody at this point.
We’ve got a big problem. If the elections were held today, it is more than possible that we would lose both the House and the Senate. I can’t go much further than that, but the one thing showing up in virtually every poll, which to me is inexplicable, is a tremendous enthusiasm gap between the Left and the Right.
The percentage of radical leftists—pro-abortion extremists, anti-Israel fanatics, climate change nutjobs, open borders lunatics, crazy teachers’ unions, LGBTQ zealots, gun grabbers, socialists, communists, and America-haters—who say earthquakes won’t stop them from voting in November is about 15 points higher than those on our side.
I don’t know any way to describe this other than stupid.
If you really care about the conservative agenda, how in the world can you not be enthusiastic about voting this November? Any conservative who doesn’t vote is guaranteeing that nothing will get done on the issues they care about.
Now, I know it doesn’t have the allure of a presidential campaign. But for those who are willing to make significant investments in the future of our country and the future of your children and grandchildren, if you want to ensure that 2028 goes well, you need to invest in 2026.
I have a political action committee, CWFPAC, and an issue advocacy organization, American Values Action, that can do a lot in the political arena. Donations to these groups are not tax-deductible.
Of course, American Values can do voter registration drives, and will be partnering with the James Dobson Family Institute to produce voter guides and take other actions that are permissible for nonprofit organizations.
The bottom line is that this is no time for complacency, and all of us can do something. But we cannot surrender the country to the neo-Marxist Left.
